1. Services Provided

The Swift Designs offers digital design services, including but not limited to:

  • Logo & branding design

  • Social media graphics

  • Website and UI design

  • Print and marketing materials

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made in full upfront, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other platforms as specified during your order.

  • Non-payment or late payment may result in delays or cancellation of your project.

 

3. Revisions & Project Scope

  • Each service package includes a specific number of free revisions, as stated in your quote or package details.

  • Additional revisions or changes beyond the original project scope may incur extra charges.

  • All project details should be confirmed before the design process begins.

 

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Once full payment is received, you are granted the non-exclusive right to use the final approved designs for their intended purpose.

  • The Swift Designs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

  • Raw, editable files (e.g., PSD, AI) are provided only if included in the service package or purchased separately.

 

5. SMS & Email Communication

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive communication from us via:

  • SMS (text messages)

  • Email

  • Phone calls (if necessary for project delivery)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS or using the Unsubscribe link in emails. Standard carrier charges may apply.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

  • While we strive for accuracy and satisfaction, we do not guarantee specific results, especially when dependent on third-party platforms or client implementation.

 

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • The client violates these Terms

  • Communication becomes unprofessional, abusive, or unreasonable

  • Payment is not made within the agreed timeframe

No refunds will be issued for projects terminated due to a breach of these terms.

 

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
